By purchasing our products, you represent and warrant that you will use them solely for lawful laboratory research purposes in compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.

You are solely responsible for: • Proper handling, storage, and disposal of all products • Compliance with all applicable laws regarding research chemical use in your jurisdiction • Ensuring products are used only for legitimate research purposes • Never administering products to humans or animals • Maintaining appropriate laboratory safety protocols You may not resell, redistribute, or transfer our products without prior written consent from Prime Axis Labs.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Prime Axis Labs makes no warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. 6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Prime Axis Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your purchase or use of our products, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific product giving rise to such claim.

8. Order & Payment Terms
8.1 Payment Processing All orders are subject to approval. We accept Cash App ($primeaxislabs) and Zelle. Payment must be received and confirmed before orders are processed and shipped. 8.2 Order Descriptor Orders will appear under Prime Axis Labs or related business identifiers. 8.3 All Sales Final Due to the nature of research compounds, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges except in cases of verifiable product defects or shipping errors. Contact [email protected] within 48 hours of delivery for any issues.
9. Shipping & Delivery
Prime Axis Labs ships orders discreetly with plain, unmarked packaging. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or circumstances beyond our control. Risk of loss and title for all products passes to you upon delivery to the carrier. Free shipping applies to orders over $200.
10. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our products shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Houston, Texas.
11. Termination
Prime Axis Labs reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to our Website and services at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms and Conditions, is harmful to other users, or is harmful to our business interests.
