Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Processing does not begin until payment is received and verified. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched.

Delivery Time

Domestic U.S. orders typically arrive within 3–7 business days from the date of shipment. Delivery times vary by location and are determined by the carrier. Prime Axis Labs does not guarantee specific delivery dates.

We are not responsible for delays caused by carrier operations, weather events, customs processing, natural disasters, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping Rates

Discreet Packaging

All orders ship in plain, unmarked packaging. There is no reference to Prime Axis Labs, product names, or product contents on the exterior of any package. Your privacy is our priority.

Tracking

A tracking number will be sent to your email once your order ships. Log into your account at any time to view your order status and tracking information.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, contact us at [email protected] within 48 hours of the expected delivery date with your order details and photos if applicable. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Wrong Address

Please double-check your shipping address before submitting your order. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at [email protected]. If the order has already shipped, we cannot redirect the package and Prime Axis Labs accepts no liability for delivery to an incorrectly entered address.
